Debra Clawar

Founder & CEO

Debra Clawar has successfully pursued her commitment to help executives grow as people and leaders for nearly 20 years. With a deep professional and academic background in clinical social work, leadership and organizational development, executive coaching, combined with talent management in Fortune 100 global companies, Debra brings a distinct and powerful combination of experience and talent to her work. Professionally, Debra has a uniquely diverse background working in financial services, life sciences, and information technology. Debra has held several executive-level human resources positions at the Group and Global levels working directly with CEOs and their leadership teams, where she successfully designed and deployed talent and organizational development strategies that helped businesses achieve impactful and measurable results. 


Shantrez Miller Gillebo

Senior Consultant

Shantrez Miller Gillebo is an expert in organization development who has worked on highly complex and large-scale transformations throughout her career. She has experience both as a consultant at Deloitte and in industry and has worked across the spectrum of change including M&A, turnarounds, restructurings, new business strategy development, operating model changes and more. 

Shantrez holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA from Marist College. She has also been in continuing education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.  Shantrez is based in Norway.


Regina Frangen

Senior Consultant

Regina Frangen brings a diverse background across human resources to her consulting work including as an HR generalist, organization development and talent management specialist and leader of a change management function. In addition to her experience with Boston Consulting Group, Regina has worked in industry and held varied positions that have given her broad exposure to many kind of business transformations including quality, manufacturing and supply as well as sales force.

Regina is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of Russian and Spanish. She is based in Portugal.


Jeanette Swan

Executive Coach & Senior Advisor

Born in Scotland, Jeanette qualified as a Pharmacist at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and worked for 5 years in both retail and hospital sectors before joining the Pharmaceutical Industry and enjoying a career with Novartis AG, spanning 38 years.

For the first half of her tenure with Novartis, Jeanette held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in customer facing commercial line management functions in the company’s UK Pharmaceutical Division. She then embarked on a range of generalist and specialist Human Resources roles working at a local and global level in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health and Animal Health Divisions, in UK and Switzerland.

Jeanette holds an MSc. Hospital Pharmacy and is based in the UK.
